“Mighty Little Acorn Necklace / Earrings” Beading Tutorial #10327

This simple beading pattern will teach you how to easily make these awesome little acorn earrings and matching necklace. Acorns are revered in many cultures as a symbol of potential, luck and strength (from a tiny acorn the mighty oak grows). I love acorns and am thrilled to have figured out how to make them so I can wear and enjoy them all year (especially throughout fall and the holidays). The acorns are formed using a herringbone stitch, and while I show every step in detail, I would not recommend this project as a first time beading project. The acorns measure approximately 1” tall by 3/4” wide and can be made in natural colors for a realistic look or fun colors for a little bit of whimsy. With over 120 high resolution photos and easy to follow step by step directions, you’ll have a stunning acorn necklace and/or earrings sure to spread autumn & holiday cheer to all! Happy beading!
