Poinsettias are ubiquitous during the holidays. One of the most vivid Christmas memories I have is the altar of my childhood Church at Christmas. During December, the altar had just a few tasteful poinsettias strategically placed about. But on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, every square inch of the altar was “magically” covered with a plethora of brilliant poinsettias (that joyfully remained for the next couple of weeks. It was a sight to behold! I am still moved when I recall the image and hear the choir booming “Gloria in Excelsis Deo ” To me, that’s what Christmas looked and sounded like – a cacophony of color and sound rising in celebration.

– 2 x 5 mm SuperDuo beads x (2) colors

– Lobster claw clasp – we used a 12.5 mm lobster claw
