Fun Pandora Paracord Adjustable Slide Knot Bracelet Beading Tutorial #373

Here’s a fun and fashionable new way to feature a favorite Pandora bead, or other large hole bead, using the bright new colors of nylon paracord! This simple, yet lovely, slide knot bracelet looks great by itself, or worn with other corded, knotted, or leather bracelets for a super cool stacked bracelet look. Because the slide knot makes this Pandora bracelet completely adjustable (so it’s easy to take on and off, and always fits), it’s perfect for everyday casual wear and makes a great gift for BFFs. Perhaps our favorite part (an unexpected perk), are the beaded tassels which we found are freakishly fun to wack back and forth (like old style “Clackers”) by simply twisting your wrist to and fro - we found it’s more entertaining and addictive than fidget spinners!

This simple beading pattern, which includes a detailed materials page, color information, over 30 high-resolution full-color photos and easy to follow step-by-step directions, will show you how to whip up your own Pandora Paracord Slide Knot bracelet in no time. We think you’ll have as much fun wearing this one as you do making it. And, don’t forget about your friends - this simple and adjustable bracelet makes a great gift for both guys and girls. Just pick a cool large hole focal bead, match it up to some colorful paracord and you’ve got a stylin’, custom combo. Bead happy!

Materials & Quantities Needed

Your purchased beading tutorial will include a detailed materials list of everything you'll need to make this project, including quantities and, in most cases, color information (see more about Bead Color Information below).

Substituting with Different Beads or Beading Materials

Many of our designs can be made using comparable beading materials. For example, if our pattern calls for 4mm round pearls, in most cases, you can use different types of 4mm round beads instead (such as 4mm round fire polished beads). Please note: If the pattern is for a bead weaving (or stitched) project, it's typically not recommended to use different sizes of beads than those recommended, as the original design may not work out as intended. You may also substitute recommended materials with your preferred brand (for example using Nymo vs. FireLine thread) unless otherwise noted for a specific reason. For example, if we specifically recommend using TOHO seed beads with a particular project, the project may not work out as well if you substitute and use Delica seed beads instead (which differ in shape).

Bead Color Information

We provide detailed information about the bead colors used for each of the color samples shown above on the Bead Legend / Color Key (or similarly named page) in your purchased pattern. If the tutorial you purchased does not include detailed color information for a particular color sample we used, we apologize (a few of our earliest patterns did not include this information and we no longer have those beads to reference, or they were discontinued by the manufacturer). If this is the case, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to provide you with general color descriptions. Be sure to let us know which particular color sample you're most interested in.
