Learn how to make a Rosary for yourself or a loved one. A handmade rosary is a great project for young Catholics preparing for their first Communion or Confirmation, a wonderful personalized gift for a loved one, or just for yourself, made in your favorite colors. We designed this lovely traditional 5-decade rosary to be a fast, fun, and simple project to complete, geared towards beginner beaders. Instead of using chain and complicated wire wrapping, we opted for a simple bead stringing technique (with a few basic knots), so children and adults could easily complete this project with absolutely no prior beading experience. This also creates a Rosary with a nice smooth feel and drape (no sharp chains to snag or kink). And this project requires no special tools – the only tools you'll need are a measuring tape or ruler and a sharp pair of scissors (or flush cutters if you have them).
This detailed beading pattern includes a recommended materials list, over 35 high-resolution photos, and easy-to-follow step-by-step directions to ensure your success and enjoyment.
